II. COST:

The fee will include the training sessions and material, hotel accommodations for two nights, and meals (breakfast & lunch only) for one and a half days. All students must be registered through the Apostolic Assembly to participate in this program. We will not accept students that want to acquire they stay at other hotels.

The fee does not include airfare, dinner meals, or any other incidental costs.

The fee is $550 for students requiring their own room with, or without, their spouse. If the spouse attends there are no meals included for the spouse. This Section of COST is for the Men only.

The fee is $450 for students sharing a room with one other student. A maximum of two students sharing a room will be allowed. There will be no exceptions allowed.

To register, please complete the application and submit via regular mail to the APOSTOLIC ASSEMBLY Headquarters with a 50% deposit fee by June 1, 2013 and full payment by no later than June 29, 2013.

* NOTE TO PASTORS: If you have a student that will be attending COST, we encourage your local church to support them by subsidizing the registration fee, in whole or in part.

III. HOTEL:

The students shall not make any reservations with the hotel directly. Upon full payment of the fee to the Apostolic Assembly, the C.O.S.T. staff shall make the students’ reservations.

IV. APPLICATION PROCESS:

Submit the completed application packet via mail to Apostolic Assembly Headquarters. If you are a returning Student only parts 1, 2, and 6, are required to be filled out.

The application must be deemed complete and payment must be paid in full in order to reserve the applicant’s seat in the training.

Students who attended PART 2 in Dallas, TX in 2012 will be required to close out any outstanding items on their 2012 file prior to receiving your certification in the 2013 session. This includes, but is not limited to, application, fees, and essays.
